The 90-night trial

• Wherever you are, you can return any item, even used, within 90 days (90 nights) of delivery, with the full price of the returned items and the original delivery cost refunded.
• Return on us: a free prepaid label, or your return postage refunded if no label is available for your country. In Lebanon and the Gulf, we arrange the return with you, with a pickup. Orders paid on delivery in Lebanon are refunded in cash at pickup or by bank transfer; other orders are refunded to the original payment method. No restocking fees.
• Requests are accepted automatically; we may decline repeated abusive trial returns under our fair-use policy, which never affects your legal rights.
• Full terms: our 90-night trial contract. The trial is in addition to your legal rights.

How to Start a Return

1. Through your Shopify customer account: Log in and click “Request a Return” beside your order. You’ll automatically receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
2. By email: Contact order-return@siluxe.fr with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your return label and next steps.

Refunds

Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Orders paid on delivery (Lebanon) are refunded in cash at pickup or by bank transfer. Questions: order-return@siluxe.fr.

Exchanges

For a different color or item, please place a new order and return the first one as described above.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, via “Withdraw from your contract here” or the model form. Send items back within 14 days; refund within 14 days of your request (we may wait for the items or proof of dispatch), including standard outbound delivery. You may try the item; only handling beyond that may reduce the refund. Return costs: free, whatever the delivery country. A return under this right never uses up your 90-night trial; used the item beyond a simple try? The 90-night trial above accepts used items, with the full price refunded.
