Processing & Delivery

Orders typically dispatch within 24–48 hours (business days). If an item is made-to-order, the additional production time (typically 3–5 business days) will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

• Europe: 3–5 business days from dispatch
• Middle East (GCC & Lebanon): 5–7 business days from dispatch

Duties & Taxes

EU: VAT included where applicable. Non-EU: duties/taxes may apply on delivery unless specified.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Address Issues / Non-Delivery

Please ensure your address is accurate. If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, we will assist with carrier investigation and provide remedies required by consumer law.
