Giving silk: sizes, colours and details

The short answer

Check four things before you order: their pillow (rectangular takes the Standard 50 × 70 cm pillowcase, square the Euro 65 × 65 cm), their colours (the eye mask and the scrunchies come in five), their hair (for the scrunchie and the bonnet) and the delivery address. Every order comes with the 90-night trial.

The gift is decided; now the small questions. Square pillow or rectangular? Medium or Large? Here are the answers, piece by piece.

Which pillowcase size fits their pillow?

The Standard 50 × 70 cm fits rectangular pillows and comes in Gold or Rose gold. The Euro 65 × 65 cm fits square pillows and comes in Gold.

No tape measure needed: a glance at their bed is enough. Both sizes have an envelope closure, with no zip, and the embroidered S monogram.

Which colour for the eye mask?

Five colours: Rose gold, Gold, Bronze, Burgundy and Silver, in one size. Unsure? Look at their jewellery: mostly gold, choose Gold or Bronze; rose gold, Rose gold; silver, Silver; a taste for deep shades, Burgundy.

Which scrunchie size?

The same five colours, in three sizes:

  • Medium: slim and discreet, for braids, fine hair or the wrist.
  • Large: for everyday ponytails and buns, or to tie hair loosely at night.
  • XL: for top knots and thick hair, worn like jewellery.

Which bonnet for their hair?

Each bonnet is one size, with a soft elastic band (54–72 cm), so you choose the shape, not the size.

  • Glow: the twist-front turban, in a double layer of silk, for blowouts and silk presses on mid-length to long hair. Gold or Rose gold.
  • Comfort: the everyday bonnet, a light rounded shape with a delicate ruffle, for short to mid-length hair. Rose gold.
  • Cover: long and black, with a 56 cm tail, for long, thick or curly hair, braids, locs and protective styles.

What is in the GiftBox?

Four pieces of mulberry silk: the pillowcase (the same one sold on its own), the eye mask, a Medium and a Large scrunchie. Five colourways, already matched: Gold or Rose gold, all in one shade; Burgundy or Bronze, with a Gold pillowcase; Silver, with a Rose gold pillowcase. The pillowcase is Standard in every colourway, or Euro in Gold, Burgundy and Bronze. It arrives in the Siluxe gift box, ready to give.

Can it be delivered straight to them?

Yes. At checkout, enter their name and address as the delivery address; the order confirmation is emailed to you. Delivery times by region: our shipping policy.

What if the size or colour isn't right?

Every order comes with the 90-night trial. In the words of our refund policy: “you can return any item, even used, within 90 days (90 nights) of delivery, with the full price of the returned items and the original delivery cost refunded.” The return is on us, with a free prepaid label or your return postage refunded where no label is available. Requests are accepted automatically, under a fair-use policy.

For a gift, note that the trial belongs to the buyer of the order: the buyer makes the return request before the 90 days end (they start the day after delivery), then sends the item back within 14 days of the request. For another size or colour, place a new order and return the first one. The trial adds to your legal rights; full terms in our 90-night trial contract.

Can the person I give it to return it?

The 90-night trial belongs to the buyer of the order, so the buyer requests the return, from their customer account or at order-return@siluxe.fr. Any item, even used, with the full price refunded and a free return.
