Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • For items supplied with a hygiene seal (as indicated on the product page), returns are accepted only if the seal remains intact, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

How to Start a Return

  1. Through your Shopify customer account: Log in and click “Request a Return” beside your order. You’ll automatically receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
  2. By email: Contact order-return@siluxe.fr with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your return label and next steps.

Return Shipping & Fees

Free return shipping on eligible items. No restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact order-return@siluxe.fr.

Exchanges

For a different color or item, please place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of receipt, provided items remain unused and in original condition. This statutory right operates in addition to our 30-day return policy.
