Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers purchasing goods in the European Union benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from the date the goods are received. This legal guarantee applies, in particular, when a product is faulty, does not work as intended, or does not match its description.

This legal guarantee is separate from our return policy and from any commercial guarantee that may be offered.
