Silk bonnet or satin bonnet?

Satin is a weave, not a fibre. A satin bonnet can be woven from polyester or from silk.

Glow is 100% mulberry silk, Grade 6A, at 22 momme, in a double layer. Momme measures the weight of silk: the higher it is, the denser the fabric.

When a bonnet says satin, look for the fibre on the label.

One size, with a soft elastic band that fits 54–72 cm and a depth of 23 cm. It is made for mid-length to long hair, straight or wavy. For very long, curly or braided hair, choose the Cover bonnet.

Which colour should I choose?

Gold is a soft champagne tone; Rose gold is a pinkish tone. Both are 100% mulberry silk, 22 momme.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash, or machine wash at 30 °C on a delicate cycle, inside out in a mesh bag. pH-neutral silk detergent; no bleach, no fabric softener. Dry flat, away from direct sun; do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat, on the reverse.
